General Return and Refund Policy
Items that are made-to-order are usually not eligible for returns unless the item is faulty.
If the reason for return is a faulty item - the cost of sending the item back will be covered by Oro Momentum and you will receive a full refund or an exchange.
If the reason for return is a change of mind/wrong size - the cost of sending the item back needs to be covered by a customer and you will receive a store credit.
Returns can be made for an exchange or store credit provided the returned item meets the following criteria:
1. Your item is returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. The item is in saleable condition, that it is unworn or unused with all original packaging.
3. You have correctly followed the returns process and included a printed copy of our Returns Slip in your returns parcel.
Whether your case is about a faulty item or a change of mind/wrong size, before you ship your order back, please send us an email with your order number and reason for return/exchange to let us check first if your item is eligible for return. If there is any quality issue please attach photo proof.
You will get an email with the next steps necessary to for a successful return/exchange process.
Information for European Union Customers
If you are a consumer residing within the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The Withdrawal Period: The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) acquires, physical possession of the goods.

Important Exception (Made-to-Order Goods): Please note that in accordance with Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. Therefore, standard made-to-order items purchased from our store remain non-refundable under EU statutory law, unless they arrive faulty.

Effects of Withdrawal (Standard Items): If you exercise your right to withdraw from a purchase of a standard (non-made-to-order) item, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay.
Return Shipping for EU Customers: In the event of a standard statutory withdrawal (change of mind), you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods to us. Items must be sent back in their original, unused condition. To initiate a statutory EU return, please notify us via email or use the "Withdraw Contract" button before the 14-day period expires.
