Prices are displayed in the local currency based on your location and include applicable taxes where required by law.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Estimated delivery times:
- Within the EU: 2–7 business days
- Outside the EU: 5–21 business days
Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on customs clearance, courier workload, or other factors beyond our control.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
6. Customs and Duties
For international orders (outside the European Union), customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, import duties, or taxes.
We are not liable for delays caused by customs processes.
7. Returns and Refunds
For customers within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
8. Product Care and Warranty
All jewelry pieces are handcrafted using high-quality materials.
To preserve their appearance, avoid contact with water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals.
Our products are covered by a 2-year warranty in accordance with EU consumer law, covering manufacturing defects.
Damage caused by misuse, normal wear, or lack of care is not covered.

All content on this Site, including designs, photographs, text, graphics, and logos, is the intellectual property of ORO MOMENTUM Natalia Liczberska.
